Cancellation & Appointment Policy

At BlueLuxe Spa, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Because last-minute cancellations and missed appointments leave limited opportunity to fill that time, we kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if your plans change.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the loss of the deposit and/or a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service price.

Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows
Same-day cancellations and missed appointments may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service price. Clients using a membership, package, series, gift certificate, or service credit may have the applicable session or credit deducted.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may shorten your session in order to avoid delaying the next guest. The full scheduled service price will still apply.

If you arrive too late for the service to reasonably or safely be performed, the appointment may be treated as a same-day cancellation.

Deposits
When a deposit is required to reserve an appointment, it will be applied toward the scheduled service. Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations, same-day cancellations, or no-shows in accordance with this policy.

Rescheduling
Appointments rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice may be moved without a cancellation penalty, subject to availability.

Emergencies & Exceptions
We understand that unexpected circumstances happen. Any waiver or exception to the cancellation policy is at the discretion of BlueLuxe Spa and applies only to that individual occurrence.

By scheduling an appointment with BlueLuxe Spa, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Appointment Policy.

 

Massage Series Policy

Massage series are designed to help you prioritize consistent self-care while enjoying special package pricing and/or complimentary sessions.

6-Month Validity
All BlueLuxe Spa massage series are valid for 6 months from the original purchase date, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase. All included sessions must be used within this timeframe.

Promotional & Complimentary Sessions
Any complimentary, free, discounted, or promotional sessions included with a series are valid only during the original 6-month period. Unused promotional or complimentary sessions are forfeited once the series period ends.

Your Paid Value Is Protected
If you do not complete your series within 6 months, you do not lose the remaining amount you paid. Any remaining paid value will become a service credit that may be applied toward eligible BlueLuxe Spa services at the current regular service rates.

Expired Series Credit
Once a series has passed its 6-month period, the remaining paid value is considered service credit. Service credit from an expired series may not be used to purchase, renew, or extend another discounted or promotional series. A new series must be purchased separately to receive current series pricing, complimentary sessions, or other promotional benefits.

Sharing Your Series
Series may be shared with family, friends, or another guest of your choice. All shared sessions remain subject to the original series expiration date and do not create a new or extended 6-month period.

Scheduling
Appointments are subject to availability. We strongly encourage scheduling sessions in advance to ensure you have adequate time to use your complete series within the 6-month period.

Extensions & Exceptions
Series expiration dates are not automatically extended due to scheduling gaps, travel, personal circumstances, or unused appointments. Any accommodation or exception made by BlueLuxe Spa is at our discretion and applies only to that specific circumstance. An exception does not change the terms of the original series or establish a policy for future purchases.

Non-Refundable
All massage series purchases are final and non-refundable. Unused series balances are not redeemable for cash.

By purchasing a massage series, you acknowledge and agree to the BlueLuxe Spa Series Policy, including the 6-month usage period.
